The weather cooperated with Morgan and I this Monday when we met up again to complete her senior session. The lighting was perfect, and Morgan was definitely on her A game! There are so, so many images from this session that I love, but for now, here are a few….

Meet Morgan! She’s a gorgeous red-headed girly girl, who came to her session with plenty of accessories and awesome shoes to pick from. Gotta love that! 
We only got to do half of her session due to storm clouds, but never fear, you will be seeing more of her this coming week after I finish up her senior session. For now, here are a few of my favorites.

Little Lila is just 7 days old, and she was an unbelievably perfect model for me yesterday! I had her mom turn their air conditioning off about an hour before I arrived at her house, so while we were all just a little too warm, Lila was so cuddly and sleepy. Seriously though, she is such a sweet little newborn that if I didn’t know I’d get to see her again soon (and if we weren’t expecting our own sweet little newborn in a few months) I might have tried to sneak her home with me! This was such a fun session, and I even got to visit with Lila’s big brother Naten for a little bit! He is such a sweet big brother and was so gentle with his “sissy.” You can totally tell his protective instincts have kicked in already!
Sweet Lila, you are such a beautiful little girl, and you are so very loved! Matt & Kari, thank you so much for welcoming me into your home! I had so much fun loving on your sweet girl, and can’t wait to get the chance in the future!!

Lila’s Aunt made this dress, headband and booties, and I am so impressed with her gorgeous skills! She should think about going into business for herself! I’d be more than happy to supply some model images. (wink, wink :))

Little Olivia and her mom came to see me this weekend for her 1 year pictures. The last time I saw them, Olivia was only 6 months old, so it was so much fun to see them again! Olivia is a tiny little thing, but very busy and full of personality! 1 year olds are so much fun!

I love referrals! I can’t even tell you how much it means to me when one of my clients recommends me to one of their friends! Not only does it mean that they were pleased with my work, but it means I get to meet new clients and make new friends. Love it!!
Just recently, I had the pleasure of meeting a 2011 senior who was referred to me by one of my 2010 seniors. Tyler is such a sweet girl, a natural beauty, and we hit it off right away, which always makes for a good session! Tyler I wish you all the best during your last year of high school! I just finished editing Rachel’s senior session from a few weeks ago, and there were so many more I wanted to share! So many in fact, I just decided to make a slideshow of her session to share with you all. Enjoy!!
Okay! Now for the REAL sneak peek!! Although I must admit that the image I put up of Rachel yesterday is definitely one of my faves!! Rachel is one of our students from our youth group. She has accomplished so much this year, and I am so incredibly proud of her! Her family is too, and so, to celebrate, they decided a senior shoot was in order. We had so much fun together on Sunday. Rachel is stunning, which always helps to make my job easier, and the adorable 8 week old Corgi puppy she brought along didn’t hurt either!
Rachel, thank you so much for spending the evening with me and allowing me to do your senior pictures!! It is an absolute blessing that you allow Cary and I to be a part of your life! Love you, girlie!! Hope you love your images as much as I do!!

A few weeks ago, we received a slightly panicked call from Debra…truthfully, she was much calmer than I would have been in her shoes! Their wedding photographer had fallen gravely ill and a little more than a week before their wedding, they found themselves without a photographer! I can’t imagine!! I was already booked for a wedding on the same weekend, but my husband Cary spoke up and said that he would shoot their wedding if they would like him to. Cary shot a wedding for me shortly after my major car accident last fall, so I knew he could do it, and truthfully, it was a miracle that he was actually free on the weekend they were requesting. Anyway, all was agreed upon, and Mark & Debra’s wedding went off without a hitch! I’m working through the photos from there wedding now, and I thought I would share a few of the images that Cary captured.
